Potato Soup!

  °1 chopped onion
  °1 chopped carrot
  ° A handful of chopped celery
  °2 cloves minced garlic
  °1 t butter
  °2.5 c chicken broth
  ° 2 t of flour
  ° a c of milk
  ° 2 potatoes, cubes
  °4 c broccoli florets, cubes
  °1 c cheddar cheese
  ° 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
Chop the onions, carrots, celery and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Stir for 5 minutes.
Add the flour, salt and pepper, mix well, add the broth, milk and potato cubes, bring to a boil and leave for 15 minutes.
Add the broccoli and Parmesan and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add cheddar cheese, mix well and remove from heat.
We take two cups of soup and grind them in a blender, put them back in the pan.
