Old Fashioned Butter Cake

*Ingredients:
°2 cups flour for all purposes, sieve
°1 1/4 cup sugar
°1 tbsp baking powder
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/2 cup soft butter
°1 cup milk
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°2 Eggs
*Methods :
Preheat the oven to 350 * F.  Grease and flour 8 “× 2” baking pans and set aside. In  mixing bowl, sifting flour, sugar, baking powder & salt together.
Add butter, milk and vanilla. With a hand mixer, whisk for 2 minutes, sometimes scraping the sides of the bowl.
Add the eggs and whisk for another 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into prepared pans, divided evenly between pans. Bake from 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Take it out of the oven.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes and then turn the cakes on the cooling rack to cool completely.
Frost with your favorite frost. I used my favorite chocolate frost, which is on the back of a can of cocoa hersey.
+Chocolate Frost “Chocolate Perfectly”
°1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or ghee
°2/3 Cup Cocoa Hershey
°3 Cups Sugar Powder (Sugar Sweets)
°1/3 cup milk (plus a few extra drops to make a nice consistency)
°1 teaspoon vanilla
Melt the butter. My heart is cocoa. Alternately add the powdered sugar and milk, and hit the medium speed to spread the texture. Add more milk if necessary. My heart is in vanilla. Frost cake. Enjoy yourself!
Enjoy !
