Old fashioned banana cream pie

*ingredients
°1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
°3 cups of full fat milk
°3/4 cup white sugar
°1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
°2 tablespoons of butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°3 bananas
*How to make:
Bake  prepared 9-inch pie crust.
In  saucepan, scald milk.
In another saucepan, mix sugar, flour and salt. Gradually stir in the pasteurized milk.
On medium heat, stirring constantly, cook to thick.
Cover and, stirring occasionally, cook 2 minutes longer.
In a small bowl, we bring 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten and ready; Stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the beaten yolks; When well mixed, stir yolks into hot mixture.
cooking 1 mn longer, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Leave it to cool down.
When you’re ready to pour, slice the bananas and spread them over a pie crust; Pour the warm mixture over the bananas.
If desired, work meringue (you will have 3 egg whites remaining) on top of pie, or let pie cool until serving.
