8 slices Weight Watchers Bread
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
1 onion
20 oz of raw chicken breast
1 cube chicken boullion
1/4 water
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (low fat)
spice to taste


Cube bread and dry
Chop onion, carrot and celery very fine, add spices you like
Combine above, add boulion disolved in 1/4 cup water
Put into sprayed 9×13 pan, place chicken on top, spoon soup in condensed form onto chicken, sprinkle with paprika
Bake 50 minutes covered, remove cover bake 10 more minutes
