Triple chocolate cheesecake with Oreo crust


+To prepare  Oreo crust:

°24 Oreo Cookies

°1/4 cup unsalted melted butter

+For chocolate cheesecake Fill:

°16 ounces bittersweet chocolate shredded

°2lb cream cheese, at room temperature

°1 1/2 cup sugar powder

°3 tbsp cocoa powder

°4 eggs

°3/4 cup heavy cream


Preheat oven  325 ° F (160 ° C).

To make the Oreo shell, place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix until well grinded. Add the melted butter and mix again until well mixed.

Press the Oreo mix into the bottom and top sides of a 9-inch baking pan. Use the bottom of the measuring cup to squeeze the crust firmly into the pan.

In a heat-resistant bowl, the sweet and bitter chocolate melts in the microwave or on top of a double kettle. Put it aside to cool a little bit.

In  bowl, whisking cream cheese until smooth also creamy. Add the sugar powder and cocoa powder and whisk until the mixture is combined.

Add the eggs, one by one, and whisk well after each addition.

Add the melted chocolate and heavy cream and mix until well combined.

Pour the chocolate cheesecake mixture into the prepared Oreo paste.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set around the edges but still wobbly slightly in the middle.

Removing from the oven and letting cool to room temperature.

Cool the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

When you are ready to serve, run a knife around the edge of the cheesecake to loosen it from the pan. Remove the sides of spring die.

Slice and serve chilled and decorated with Oreo biscuits or whipped cream, if desired.
