°8 ounces cream cheese.
°About 6 to 7 fresh strawberries.
°1/2 tbsp vanilla extract.

If the cream cheese is cold, let it warm to room temperature or save in the microwave for 30 seconds in foil to smooth.
If you are going to use fresh strawberries, you should mash them well with a fork or cut them with a sharp knife. If you are going to use frozen strawberries, let them dissolve completely, then drain any extra liquid, and finally mash them with a fork.
Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Use a fork to stir the ingredients together until fully combined.
To convert the mixture into small-sized balls, you can either use watermelon baller, scoop or two spoons. Then, transfer the balls to a plate. To cool the food completely on the plate, refrigerate or freezer for about 20 minutes.
After frozen, transfer to a glass bowl or zippered bag, then place in the fridge or freezer until ready to be consumed.
