- 3 pounds boneless pork loin ribs
- 2-3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup diced sweet onion
- 18 oz. bottle favorite BBQ Sauce, I LOVE Sweet Baby Rays
- Line slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or spray with cooking spray.
- Rub ribs with liquid smoke to cover. PLace in slow cooker.
- Evenly sprinkle brown sugar over the top of ribs.
- Next, evenly sprinkle the diced onion over the top of ribs.
- Pour bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce over the tops of the ribs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, until ribs are cooked and tender.
