*Ingredients :
°1/2 cup of butter
*1/2 cup peanut butter
°1/2 cup of sugar
°1/2 cup brown sugar
°1 egg
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla
°1 1/4 cup sifted flour
°3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
°1/4 teaspoon salt
*Directions :
Preheat the oven to 375°C.. Mix the first 6 ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Roll them into balls and press them down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour. Bake for 10-12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
