°100g melted butter
° 5 Eggs
°700g cream cheese
°100 g (12 cups) sugar
°150 g melted chocolate
°2 tablespoons vegetable oil
°40 g (1/3 c) hazelnut beads
In a bowl, combine the ground cookies with the melted butter, transfer to a baking sheet and press.
In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour in the pressed cookies. Baking at 160 °C (320 °F) for 47 mn.
Cut into squares and dip in a mixture of melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
