* Ingredients:
° 50 g of honey
° 30ml soy sauce
° 1 tbsp chopped garlic
° 1 tbsp chopped ginger (optional)
° 500g raw shrimp (peeled and deflected if possible)
°2 teaspoons of olive oil
° garlic for decorating (optional)
* Methods :
Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a medium bowl. 2. Place the shrimp in a large closed plastic bag of this type or in Tupperware. 3. Pour half the marinade over the shrimp. 4. Shake or mix well. 5. Soak the prawns in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. 6. Cover and cool the rest of the marinade for the next step. 7. Heat the oil in a pan over medium to high heat. 8. Place the shrimp in the pan and pour the marinade. 9. Cook the shrimp on one side, so it doesn’t get pink. It takes approximately 45 seconds. Then turn them to the other side. 10. Pour the rest of the marinade over the prawns and simmer until the prawns are cooked, about 1 minute. 11. Serve the shrimp with the marinade heating in a frying pan.
