Through experimentation in the kitchen over the past couple of months, I’ve learned that if you have a solid pizza dough recipe… your carby options are endless.
* Ingredients:
° Quarter of this pizza dough (or store-bought.
° 2 tons soft butter
° 2 cloves garlic
° 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
° 1 cup mozzarella cheese
° salt and pepper (optional)
* instructions :
Heat the oven to 500 degrees. Taking a pizza stone and set it apart .
On a piiece paarchment paper, rolling dough to a 12-inch circle.
Transfering dough & paper to pizza stone.
Mix butter and garlic in a small bowl. Then spread on pizza dough.
Sprinkle cheese over the dough, then salt and pepper.
Baking for 11-13 min
