SLOW COOKER TERIYAKI PORK LOIN

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ c. Apple Juice
  • 2 T. Sugar
  • 2 T. Soy Sauce
  • 1 T. Vinegar
  • 1 t. Ground Ginger
  • ¼ t. Garlic Powder
  • 3 lb Boneless Pork Loin
  • 2½ T. Cornstarch
  • 3 T. Cold Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine apple juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic powder in a lightly greased crock pot
  2. Place pork loin in slow cooker and turn completely to coat
  3. Turn pork loin so that fat-side is up
  4. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours
  5. Remove pork loin and keep warm
  6. In a large saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water, stirring until smooth
  7. Stir in juices from roast
  8. Boil over high heat for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring continually
  9. Slice pork loin and serve with sauce
