Peach-Cobbler-Cheesecake-Cones

*ingredients
•1 lb. peaches
•2 c heavy whipping cream
•1/4 c of sugar
•14 oz sweetened condensed milk
•2 tsp of vanilla
•1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•3 graham cracker
•Cones of your choice

Step 1
Peel the peach, cut into slices and chop into small pieces. In a smaller bowl, add the chopped peaches, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, until peaches are softened. Time cooked, putting it in fridge to chill. In a medium bowl, add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir the two together until combined. sit aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add the whipped cream. Use hand mixer, mixing the cream on medium-high speed to it turns to a thick whip cream. Once the whip cream is made, transfering whip cream to a bowl with the milk/vanilla mixture. Slowly adding whipcream until mixed. In a rectangular baking dish, add a layer of vanilla whipped cream. Next add 1/3 of the crumbled graham crackers and a peach. Repeating process two more times. Time ice cream is layered, placing it in the freezer for 4-5 h to set.
