* Ingredients :
Steam potatoes for about 10 min (in pressure cooker for example). Once cooked, peel them and cut them into generous slices.
In a flat dish or salad bowl, place the potatoes.
Prepare the seasoning: mix three tablespoons of oil, three of vinegar, salt, pepper, a few chopped shallots, and a few sprigs of parsley.
Pour mixture on potatoes.
Delicious warm or cold.
