An easy recipe for a classic goulash. A slow cooker can also be made. Inspired by Bobby Bobby Goulash.
* Ingredients:
° 3/4 of a 1 pound can of pasta
° 3 cups beef broth
° 1 large sweet onion (cut into cubes)
° minced meat
° 1 can tomato chopped small
° 1 can of stewed tomatoes
° small can of tomato sauce
° pepper
° pasta sauce
° Italian seasoning
° Red pepper
° minced garlic
° minced basil
° chili powder
° soy sauce
° Worcestershire sauce
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
* How to make it :
(Cooking 3/4 of a 1-pound can elbow macaroni, drain & set apart )
Brown 2 lbs. of meat // drained.
While browning meat, add 1/2 tsp salt & 1 tsp. pepper, 1 large sweet onion (diced) 1 sweet pepper (diced)
Adding 1 can tomatoes diced & 1 can stewed tomatoes—both 14.5 oz. Cans & small can sauce tomato.
& adding 24 oz. (a can or jar) of pasta sauce.
Then add 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 1 tbsp. chopped basil, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp.sauce Worcestershiire. Now… Add 3 c of beef broth. & toss 2 bay leaves.
Blend all together.
Now adding 3/4 box precooked elbow macaroni also stir jointly .Then cook everything over low heat for 15-20 minutes.Then I put it in my warm bowl of CrockPot until we’re ready to eat it and let all the flavors continue to cool.Note: if it seems too dry to you, just add the beef broth.
