To make this Recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
°1 Cup Mayonnaise
°1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
°1 Tbsp Honey
°1 Tbsp White Wine
°Salt and Pepper to Taste
°450 G. of Macaroni
°1 Cup Grated Carrots
°1 Cup Diced Celery
°1 Small Chopped Red Onion
°1 Cup Diced Peppers (Choice of Color)
°2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
°1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the Al Dente pasta. Drain then set aside.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Homemade Vinaigrette.
In another bowl, combine Carrots, Celery, Red Onion, Peppers, Eggs and Parsley.
Add the Cooked Macaroni and the House Vinaigrette.
If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley and paprika when serving.
