Serves: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef, fried & drained
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 6 medium potatoes, washed & sliced
- 1½ cups sliced carrots
- 1 can kidney beans (drained)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- ½ to ¾ cup beef broth or stock
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix the cream soups and the beef stock/broth in a separate canister and set aside
- Layer the ingredients listed above in the following order:
- Ground beef, onion, carrots, beans, and lastly the potatoes
- Pour the soup mixture over the top and cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours
- minutes before serving, top it with cheese. Cover and allow to melt.
