°6 bone chicken thigh (5-6 oz each)
°2 tsp olive oil
°2-3 tons of chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
°Salt/pepper to taste
Heat broiler 425 degrees F, placing baking tray with aluminum paper also place a baking rack on it.
Wipe chicken skin with a paper towel to get rid of any moisture.
Putting chicken in olive oil & season with flavors, salt and pepper.
Place on the shelf and heat for 35 to 40 minutes or chicken temperature up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 2-3 minutes.
